Our rugs are for indoor use only. We recommend rotating them periodically to minimize wear on patterns and having them professional cleaned every 1-2 years.

• Liquid spills should be blotted up with care as soon as possible with a white towel drawing the liquid up from the outside edge of spill inward to prevent migration. A designated wool detergent can be use, but please use sparingly.
• Mud or dirt stains should be allowed to dry and brushed/vacuumed with care.
• For small stains, we recommend a designated wool detergent used as per instructions or service with an experienced rug cleaning professional.
• Rugs should be vacuumed regularly without the use of the beater bar.
• We do not recommend the use of preventative stain treatments as they can degrade the yarn and the wool's own lanolin, which is a natural repellent.
• The use of a rug pad is required for flat-weave goods.
• Loose threads happen occasionally and are normal with hand-woven rugs. We recommend carefully pushing the thread back into the weave. Excess threads should not be trimmed.
