Colorful Prints Inspire Home Design in Naples
AS SEEN IN: NAPLES ILLUSTRATED
Senior Interior Designer Molly Grup of Ficarra Design Associates worked alongside Elizabeth and Sean Nolan to design the interior of their second home in Naples. The couple desired a practical, casual yet elegant style, and Elizabeth's love for Kristi's artwork led to the incorporation of several large, colorful prints, adding vibrant pops of color to the space. With a well-planned layout and eye-catching decor, the Nolans' second home is the perfect place to host family and friends.
My biggest inspiration stylistically was the striking, colorful art of Kristi Kohut that Elizabeth likes—as seen in the foyer and informal dining area.

I had to find a way to incorporate Kristi's colorful art without it feeling overwhelming. By including pillow fabrics and accessories that have pops of color, the artwork feels right at home.
