WHAT TO EXPECT
After you purchase your reservation, we will follow up with you via email to confirm you reservation and to start discussing the details of your commission.
Roughly 1 month before your commission is to begin, our team will schedule your kick-off call with Kristi, where you will start to review art direction, colors, and photos of your space. Midway through your commission, Kristi will share progress photos of your piece to ensure your goals are being realized.
50% of the cost of the commission is due before the commission begins, and the remaining 50% is due before it ships. Your $500 reservation deposit will be deducted from your first 50% payment. Artwork pricing will be based on commission style, framing and size. Please email hello@hapiart.com with any questions or to receive an estimate for your dream commission.
If you find a piece you love before your commission starts, we'd be happy to apply your deposit toward your purchase. Commission deposits are refundable as a store credit only.
